Cadence partnered with HP to create a custom tradeshow booth that not only highlighted their cutting-edge technology but also fostered meaningful connections and streamlined event operations.

Cadence designed, fabricated, and installed a booth footprint that combined functionality with aesthetic appeal. The layout prioritized impromptu conversations, incorporating welcoming, flexible seating and meeting areas where HP’s sales team had seamless access to marketing materials, demo software, and a wide array of product samples. To further enhance the experience, Cadence provided comprehensive audio-visual support for press demonstrations and managed offsite customer tours of local installations, complete with staffing and hospitality services.

Innovation extended to the booth’s structural design, where Cadence tackled the challenge of accommodating essential machinery components such as transformers, chillers, and ozone scrubbers. Instead of using large, obstructive walls, Cadence concealed these elements in a way that preserved the booth’s open flow, ensuring a clean and engaging environment.

HP achieved a year-over-year increase in lead capture, and attendees provided overwhelmingly positive feedback, especially regarding the convenience of having meeting areas directly within the booth.
