One Contractor for the Whole Event
Most corporate shows have a production company running the general session and a separate general contractor running the floor, and the show owner manages the gap between them. Cadence can do both. One team produces your general session, plans your meetings, and runs your exhibit floor, with one point of contact and one schedule. The message, the design, and the fit and finish stay consistent from the stage to the last booth, and where the two sides overlap (staging, AV, labor, freight) we capture it as savings instead of paying for it twice.
