Cadence partnered with Alvalle and the Pepsi Design Team to create “La Gazpacheria,” a pop-up restaurant. This 50’x17’ outdoor restaurant welcomed attendees at the America’s Cup Event at Chicago’s Navy Pier. This concept was the perfect setting to engage US customers with the Alvalle brand.

Over the course of three days, Alvalle invited 30,000 spectators to sample its refreshing product. 15% of all event attendees tasted the product, and awareness of the Alvalle brand grew to 57%.

Project Highlights

  • Recommended the America’s Cup sponsorship to launch the #1 Gazpacho brand in the U.S.
  • Created and built a pop-up restaurant featuring custom food storage and serving 30,000 imported samples.
  • Trained team of brand ambassadors to educate consumers on the product.
